It is a service for our customers who feel more comfortable to read in English than to ask a lawyer.
When you want to buy our tools to clean your car in the winter, you want to know how we are doing business and that's what we will tell you in plain English, however we will try to stick as close as possible to our general Conditions of Sale.

Warranty
When you get delivery of the ordered products, please check the package for damages and for the amount of the products. If you detect obvious damages, like transportation damages, please mark the delivery documents accordingly and notify the transportation company or us in writing, no later than 7 days after the date of delivery.
The warranty period is one year after date of delivery. This time, set by the manufacturer, is different from common warranty periods.
For all quality objections within the warranty period, the decision whether to repair or replace the product, will be at our discretion.
Returns
For the investigation of objections a return of the products is necessary. Please send these products together with the original invoice to: Klare Sicht bei Schnee und Eis UG, Perrit – Impex LLC,
Wilhelmshavener Str. 44, 10551 Berlin, Germany.
For the return please use the original packaging. If the box is no longer available, please pack the products in such a manner that they will not be damaged on the return. Please pay the shipping fees as it is stated in our delivery terms.
In case of an accepted return the agreed upon amount including a potential deduction for usage will be sent within 30 days. The time starts for you with the shipping of the product, for us with its arrival.
Cancellation
This clause only concerns endcustomers in Germany who are legally authorized to cancel a salescontract within 14 days after the date of purchase, either in writing or by returning the product,
and it describes the consequences and the costs of doing so.
It is not applicable in countries outside of Germany.
Prices and Delivery
The quoted prices are endprices and include the VAT in Germany (right now 19%). The VAT is valid also for shipments into countries of the European Union (EU). Deliveries into countries outside of the
EU do not include the VAT.
When you import the product into a country outside the EU, taxes and duties specific for that country are to be paid by you personally. We document the country of Origin on the invoice.
Deliveries are handled normally via DHL or UPS within 2 to 5 days after receipt of your payment.
Express shipment is possible, please ask us for a quote before you order it. Shipping costs will be invoiced and documented separately.
Payment Options
Via Credit Card
We accept Visa- or Mastercard. The personal data are transmitted encrypted. Shipping will be carried out immediately.
Via Debitcard
The amount will be debited against your bank account via Bankcard/Eurocard. Shipment occurs after your bank approves the amount.
Via Paypal
The amount is transmitted from your Paypal account directly to us without transmission of your credit card data.
Via Bank transfer
Please use the IBAN – and Swift Code Numbers shown below. If they are missing, the bank will charge us Euro 7.00, which you have to pay.

Personal Data Protection
Your personal data will be stored in our EDP only for the time, which is necessary to process your order; they will be destroyed immediately afterwards. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Miscellaneous
The offers on our website are subject to change without notice and are valid in the Federal Republic of Germany. All contracts with you are subject to german law.
The delivered products may be manufactured with minimal color differences from those shown on the website.
In case that our customer is a corporation, court of jurisdiction is Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg
